Username not working?

The login page requires an account email to access the Keywords tool. If you’re having trouble locating your account email you can contact us at support@wordtracker.com

Password not working?

Your best bet is to use the password reset process which you can find on the login page. If this doesn’t work then you can contact us at support@wordtracker.com, or follow the steps below.

Forgotten the email you signed up with?

Don’t worry! You will have been sent a confirmation email to this email address, so check your accounts for the one with our email in it. Alternatively you can always contact us at support@wordtracker.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Email not recognized?

We regularly upgrade our Keyword tool and accounts systems, migrating current users across. We usually at this point delete accounts which have been inactive for a substantial period of time. So, if you're trying to reactivate an account which has been inactive for some time it may have been deleted.
